Cypress Head Port Orange. This is by far one of the best maintained golf courses in the Port Orange area year round. The community is very friendly and host golfing and social events for residents on a weekly basis.

Royal Palm Port Orange. One of the only neighborhoods in Port Orange that maintains the exterior of your home. You can truly enjoy retirement in this neighborhood. Residents have more time to play golf, walk on the beach, fish, and shop.

Most Affordable Port Orange Neighborhood –

Coquina Cove Port Orange. Home options include single family residences, villas & townhomes. Prices start in the $150's for the Villas at Coquina Cove and single family residences at Coquina Cove start in the high 100's.
